Learn how to meditate in this special 3-week mindfulness starter class! You will benefit from: * guided meditation instructions * individual attention and step-by-step instruction in a small group * support between sessions * nature-based practices in a lovely park setting (think egrets, beavers, songbirds) * gentle, optional mindful movement * tips on how to apply your new mindfulness skills in daily life * everything you need to begin a steady meditation habit Saturdays 9:00-10:15 at Sandy Creek Park between Chapel Hill & Durham.
