You will benefit from: * a small, supportive 6 person max group * guided meditation to learn gentle, effective techniques perfect for those new to mindfulness * easy, optional mindful movement for a variety of bodies * mindfulness in nature * individual troubleshooting and Q&A time * applying mindfulness in everyday situations * support between sessions * creative approaches to learning meditation, especially if you've been meaning to try it and are looking for a shorter schedule commitment Saturdays 9:00-10:15 at Sandy Creek Park between Chapel Hill & Durham.
