Service Description

Enjoy guided meditation, mindful movement, and techniques for applying mindfulness in your daily life. Small, supportive group and time for discussion and tips for maintaining your own mindfulness practice. All are welcome! No experience necessary. Mondays 9-10 AM via Zoom, or Thursdays 10:30-11:30 outdoors in nature! Register no later than the day before by emailing bshumannfang@gmail.com
