    Join us for a mindful walk at beautiful Johnston Mill Preserve. This forest bathing style meditation does not require clearing your mind of thoughts, sitting motionless, or focusing on your breath. If you’ve tried mindfulness but it hasn’t clicked, this approach may be for you! Mindfulness meditation teacher Barbara Shumannfang will guide gentle walking, standing and sitting meditation, and we'll close with tips for applying mindfulness in daily life. All are welcome.
