Service Description

How would you like to relate to life, with its many ups and downs? Mondays in March we’ll explore how mindfulness can help us relate to thoughts, emotions, and daily life situations with more steadiness and ease. I’ll offer a new theme each week, guided meditations, and time for Q&A about your meditation practice. Come to as many or as few of the outings as you’d like. Just email me ( the Friday before to register ($25 per class). Each class meets at beautiful Johnston Mill Preserve from 10:30-12. We’ll alternate walking, standing, and sitting with spring blooming all around us. Perfect for beginners! Sitting still and clearing the mind of thoughts are not required, but registration is.
