    Service Description

    Learn mindfulness meditation in a small, supportive group. You’ll learn to cultivate well-being, ease, and gratitude even when life gets challenging. Includes gentle mindful movement (that can even be done seated) and nature-inspired guided meditation. You'll learn how to start and maintain your own meditation practice, and how mindfulness can help in everyday life. Perfect for beginners or those wishing to refresh their practice.
