Service Description

Learn mindfulness meditation (or refresh your practice) in a small, friendly group at Triangle Land Conservancy's beautiful Johnston Mill Preserve. You will learn how to meditate and to apply mindfulness in daily life. Includes guided meditation, gentle movement, Q&A and support between sessions. Sitting still and clearing the mind of thoughts are not required, but registration is. To register, contact Barbara at Scholarships available, inquire via email. (In case of severe weather, you'll receive a Zoom link the day before class.)
